Several months ago we had a women's book study at our church and read, Calm My Anxious Heart by Linda Dillow. I strongly, strongly, strongly recommend it to all women. I am currently reading it a 2nd time now and posting a chapter by chapter review on my blog. It's a life-changing book.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2557196995369061902.post-66343799861305007192014-01-03T12:28:24.895-05:002014-01-03T12:28:24.895-05:00Awesome thoughts, Meggie! "If only we could live in Europe, I'd be happy," I remember saying. Now that we're here, I'm always thinking about how happy I'd be if we could move "home" to the US! When I struggle, I try to remind myself that the Lord is my constant - and although I may think I want everything to change in order to be happy, His everlasting presence is the only thing that will truly every fill me with the happiness I'm seeking! I was thinking this as I read your comments today. You just never feel like your not enough? God himself has put you in a position of utmost importance. You directly influence two important lives in this world. Your beautiful daughter and your handsome husband. But unbeknown to you, you are also impressing God's love and his gift of intelligence up on people you would never know are watching. The evil one would love for you to feel like your not enough, but your faith in Jesus will throw that phrase away into the deep fires of hell and allow you to see clearly that your are always enough. There is never a problem with wanting to be more, but you should know that today, tomorrow, and next week you will be right where Jesus wants you to be. We love you and are proud of you, He is more proud and loves you greater than we could ever imagine. As long as your eyes are on Him, I am confident you will be right where He wants you to be. That our sweet child is a great thing.<br />Hmm, they do sound somewhat a like.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04369976519934973803noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2557196995369061902.post-11013399719441600252014-01-03T01:18:23.166-05:002014-01-03T01:18:23.166-05:00This comment has been removed by the author.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04369976519934973803noreply@blogger.com
